About Aericka Heavens

As a member of the New Jersey, New York and the Pennsylvania State Bars, Aericka has spent her career counseling clients in commercial, estate and family matters. She brings an efficient and cost-effective perspective that enables you to preserve your business and legacy while overcoming your legal obstacles.

Aericka is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and Widener University School of Law. Prior to founding the firm, Aericka worked with the Asset Management Division of Citigroup in London, England, A.I.G. in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Poe & Freireich, P.A. in Florham Park, New Jersey, assisting clients with legal and strategic issues surrounding commercial matters, insurance and financial transactions and sophisticated estate planning.
